Code Review
This pull request updates the OpenTelemetry configuration in pm2.config.js. The change from --import to -r for preloading the instrumentation module is acceptable for compatibility. However, the use of a non-standard environment variable OTEL_EXPORTER_CA_CERTIFICATE to set the standard OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_CA_CERTIFICATE could cause confusion. I have recommended using the standard OpenTelemetry variable name consistently to improve clarity and maintainability.
