Metadata Endpoint Url cannot be accessed from the sample code

Hi,
When trying to retrieve the meta data, I am getting an exception.  On trying to access the metadata endpoint url in the browser, I am getting error stating "resource not found".  The AADInstance name, tenant and defaultPolicy are updated as per our B2C tenant and it's policy.

Could you guide here to resolve the issue.
