Multi-label Tagging of Images in the UI

Minimal steps to reproduce

1. Capture pictures from video feed
2. Tag the images
3. You are not going to be able to label more than one tag per image

Any log messages given by the failure

No log messages

Expected/desired behavior

You should be able to have more than one tag per image for training purposes.

OS and Version?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)

OS: Windows 10, Browser: Microsoft Edge Version 87.0.664.60 (Official build) (64-bit)
