There seems to be some lack of transparency on the future of this project. Can someone from Microsoft clarify?

@lomagdal2 Can you elaborate? You mentioned in #323 that this project is not dead.

From what I can see:

• Issues are piling up.
• Dependencies with CVEs are not addressed.
• Many open Pull Requests.
• No new (nuget) release since 29-feb-2024 (version 4.2.0, which is not even mentioned here in the GitHub releases overview).
