[BUG] Vulnerable packages and not a release in long time


Hi 

I guess updating to .net 9 would be a step to far may be, but could you please remove vulnerable packages and release a new nuget?

we have trouble in house to build packages with vulnerabilities as they are flagged and build is stopped.

Is there any planned release/update of any sort?
