Feature: Redis Enterprise to support publicNetworkAccess flag

Redis Enterprise apiVersion: cache.azure.com/v1api20250401 does not support publicNetworkAccess flag.

Could you please enable this feature on the upcoming Redis Enterprise API versions.

This feature is enabled on the basic Redis versions

The new 2025-07-01 API seems to have added this, which we do not currently support. See:

We'll look to add it in an upcoming release
