Replace insecure by the CA

why is this still Insecure? I thought the server CA will be passed in as a flag

This will be here, for now, until@serbrech confirms it's ready to retrieve the CA now.

I'll open an issue to track this.

@minhng22 please add a TODO for that in the code.

Agreed with @serbrech to pass tls-insecure as a flag to the member-agent helm chart. this will enable testing flexibility
