Impossible to choose SCSI controller for CDROM drive?

Describe the bug
In the Hard Drives / CD panel of the Amiberry GUI it is impossible to choose the "Add CD Drive" Button. Only the seemingly duplicate option "CD drive/image" is available. However, that option does not let me choose which SCSI controller I attach the CD drive to. (I specifically need to attach a CDROM to the A4000T scsi controller).

Previously on fs-uae I did

cdrom_drive_0 = /Users/stepan/AmigaOS3.2CD.iso
cdrom_drive_0_controller = scsi2

in the config file, but I copied these lines into my amiberry config file for this machine and it did not seem to work.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Hard Drives / CD panel
2. Can not click on "Add CD Drive"

Expected behavior

"Add CD Drive" should not be grayed out.

Typically if an item is 'grayed out', that infers support has yet to be added ~ I'm pretty sure this is the case for (physical) CD/DVD drives at present.

The physical CD-ROM support is not there yet, so the button is disabled for now.
If you want to add a CD image instead, you can use the checkbox below that, and provide the path to the file.
Edit: in the second scenario, you cannot choose a SCSI device, but that's not really needed anyway, as mounting an image will happen using the built-in uaescsi.device.

I'm not looking to add a physical drive. I want to add an iso image that is attached to the a4000t onboard SCSI controller. This is what I'm specifically looking to do, uaescsi.device won't do.

Hm, I'm not sure that you can do that currently, then.
I haven't had the chance to get the physical drive implementation done. I've only tried to get things together for a few days when I had some time to work on it.

What was missing was a way to detect/list any physical drives in the system (Linux and macOS), and then make sure that physical reads go through as expected. I've implemented the GUI logic for selecting a device and setting the controller/unit options for it already, but since it's not fully implemented yet, the button is disabled.

From what I can see in WinUAE as well, the option to select a CD Drive is tied to a physical CD device:

It doesn't seem possible to select an image file there, even though it mentions "Path".

The CD drive/image option instead, allows you to select an image file to mount.

Checking FS-UAE, those lines would be interpreted to the following UAE config lines:

cdimage0=/home/midwan/Amiberry/cdroms/AmigaOS3.2CD.iso,image
uaehf2=cd0,ro,:,0,0,0,2048,0,,scsi2

but that doesn't seem to work for me either. I'll dig into it a bit more to see if I missed something.
