How to remove " @ " from textarea

I want {{mahesh}} not @{{mahesh}} inside my textbox. Please help.

Figured out myself :
Add
values: [{key: "Mahesh Joshi", value: "{{mahesh@email.com}}"}], selectTemplate: function (item) { return item.original.value; },
in your Collection object. without '@' . That works.
