[SCRIPT] make a systemctl entry for the bot with deploy.sh

**Description of the solution I'd like**
If deploy.sh could install an entry for systemctl to handle it would make starting/stopping/updating the bot much easier.

- [ ] Implement auto-update
- [ ] Write documentation for how to use it
