Why does it reload twice?

I'm running

browser-sync start --server ./ --watch dist

and in my dist folder I have a single index.js file. When this file changes, the page reloads twice.

Please specify which version of Browsersync, node and npm you're running

Oh, obviously, because --watch is a boolean.
