Hotchocolate Website scrolling issue https://chillicream.com/docs/hotchocolate

Cannot properly scroll the Hotchocolate website either by down arrow key or dragging down the scroll bar in the browser window.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://chillicream.com/docs/hotchocolate in your desktop browser ( chrome ).
2. Scroll down to the web site using down arrow key or right scroll bar
3. scroll doesn't work properly

Expected behavior
Website should scroll smoothly while scrolling by both down arrow key and scroll bar.

Not stale. This is driving me crazy. Arrow up/down and Page up/down do not work.
