Executing barista login does not fire up browser to allow user to login

Steps to reproduce

Install barista

1. dotnet tool install --global barista

Run barista login
2. From the command line, run barista login

3. After that i tried copy and paste the url https://identity.chillicream.com to my browser. It says i am logged in. Unfortunately, the command line didn't think that way and i am not able to move forward to next step of getting api key and api id

What is expected?

A browser open automatically and allow user to login

What is actually happening?

I get a console saying

A web browser has been opened at https://identity.chillicream.com. Please continue the login in the web browser.
