Description
Incoming call display is set to Pop-up notification, but when a call is received, no UI appears on the screen.
Expected Behavior
- A pop-up or incoming call screen notification should appear.
- User should be able to accept or decline the call.
Actual Behavior
- The phone rings for the full duration.
- No pop-up or notification appears.
- No options to accept or decline the call.
- There is no visual indication that a call was received.
Impact
Incoming calls are effectively unusable because the user is not aware of them.
