Purpose of this Issue

A tracking list for Requesting & Tracking Progress for addition to applications.json file, which contains all the apps that WinUtil currently has.

• ❌ Opera GX
        🤔 Reason for denying this addition: The maintainer stated multiple times in different live streams that he (Chris Titus) will not use OperaGX (for different reasons explained in those live streams), and so it'll never be added to WinUtil applications list.
• ❌ SchildiChat (SchildiChat.SchildiChat) (#1897)
        🤔 Reason for denying this addition: The maintainer stated in this comment that this App is simply never have been heard by him (Chris titus), so It won't be added in the near/far future.
       I hope everyone who've wanted that this program to be added onto Project's List to understand why it wasn't added, and as a side note, there's also another way of getting it (this requested program) installed on your system, like using a Package Manager, e.g. WinGet.
• ❌ Explorer patcher
        🤔 Reason by WinUtil's Maintainer (@ChrisTitusTech): "explorer patcher is known to cause stability issues with windows explorer."

        🤔 Reason: mpv is compiled and shared on sourceforge.net, link to releases folder, but it's shared as a .7z, WinGet CLI only supports .zip Archiving Format, at least for the time being. further reading.
       👍 Here's an alternative: mpv.net (package identifier is mpv.net), Link to Repo.
• ⛔ MPO GPU (#1552 , comment in #374)
        🤔 Reason: Probably because this program requires an A GPU to be install on the system, not 100% sure so correct me if I'm wrong, therefore it might not pass the Automated Tests that winget-pkgs repo enforces on every PR, so sadly.. I, and probably everyone else can't add this piece of software to WinGet, at least for the time being...
• ⛔ ZenTimings (comment in #374)
        🤔 Reason: Probably because this program requires an AMD CPU to install on the system, therefore it might not pass the Automated Tests that winget-pkgs repo enforces on every PR, so sadly.. I, and probably everyone else can't add this piece of software to WinGet, at least for the time being...
• ⛔ H2TestW (No WinGet package for it yet) (comment in issue #374)
        🤔 Reason: No WinGet Package for H2TestW, and Cannot add it to winget-pkgs repo because the Official Download Link on their wesbite ( link is https://h2testw.org/ ) Does Not Work, explained right here as well.

Some will take longer to make than the other, due to the fact some of these programs don't have a WinGet Package, but do have a Chocolatey package.
