when dragging and dropping items in to a folder, i noticed that the home tab would reappear at the bottom of the sidebar instead of the top, like it usually would by default. if i closed/restarted explorer it would disappear, but repeating what i did prior had the same results every time. i re-ran winutil and the problem still persists.
🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.
step 1 - drag a file in to another folder in explorer
step 2 - it should become visible
