Add treesitter new highlight group TSTagAttribute

There is a new highlight group (TSTagAttribute) on treesitter for attributes on html tags and jsx tags. You can check it out on nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter#1572. I think some colorschemes should be updated to comply with this, perhaps just put the same color as TSAttribute?
