Multiple test failures in .NET 4.6/.NET 4.8 TFMs

Unit tests do not pass for .NET 4.6/.NET 4.8 when running against a live CH instance.

Many failures point to differences in floating point formatters, but some require deeper investigation, such as Tuple parsing errors.
