Issue since 10.11 fresh install

I've been seeing these errors on a fresh install of Jellyfin 10.11.2. On my upgraded server this used to work fine.

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path '/run/s6-rc:s6-rc-init:LnNnIa/servicedirs/svc-jellyfin/config/plugins'.
