Every Drive should have it's own country instead of relying on driver's country #526
Description
We haven't thought about the fact that Driver can sometimes change his country of origin causing all old drives to also change their country. This has large implications on applications usage from logistic point of view so instead we want to change Drive.country field to separate, real column.
This ticket also includes some kind of migration that will dig trough every drive and correct it accordingly.
