Currently, we have to go in XML advanced mode to modify global closing days and periods by hand.
It might be handy to allow this edition via GUI, in a user-friendly manner to be determined, considering this is a "secondary" modification that doesn't need to be done daily, hence not overcharging the interface (popup with another treeview? attribute in project treeview?)
