Classes with the same letters but different regsitors are not displayed

I opened the .jar to fix it a little, but it has obfuscation that renames all the files with the same letters but in different cases, and I can't see all the classes even though they're there. This system already works in the bytecode viewer, but I don't like working there. If you could fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. I've attached screenshots showing how it looks.

Are you using latest Recaf version? Does not seem like it.

As xdark said, there were some issues introduced awhile back with hash collisions of paths in the tree explorer but most of those have been fixed. Please update and confirm if you are still seeing the behavior. Provide a reproduction case if the issue persists.
