@brminnick where do you source the information about what version ships with Visual Studio? The current latest release notes don't mention this version and the previous version references 8.0.61 |

It's pretty manual / tow-tech: I just update Visual Studio (stable) on Windows and create a new .NET MAUI app using the template. 
I'm unsure if there's any documentation accompanying the .NET MAUI version with the Visual Studio version. |

This PR Updates the NuGet Packages in the Sample App, Source Generators and the Analyzers.

MauiPackageVersionto 8.0.71 to match the version of .NET MAUI that the current stable release of Visual Studio includes in the template.This PR increases the
TOOLKIT_NET_VERSIONto the latest stable release of .NET 8, v8.0.303.
