Various RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 rules are missing stigref references

Description of problem:

Not all rules from RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 STIG profiles have stigref references assigned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run contest test /static-checks/rule-identifiers

Actual Results:

RHEL 8 rules missing stigref references:

enable_authselect

RHEL 9 rules missing stigref references:

enable_authselect
configure_kerberos_crypto_policy
file_permissions_etc_audit_auditd
file_sshd_50_redhat_exists
sshd_include_crypto_policy

Expected Results:

All rules from the STIG profile have stigref references.
