feat: addition of Trace constructor of plonk on koalabear

Description

The plonk trace can be generated from plonk compiled on koalabear (I manually copied the NewTrace function instead of tweaking the template files).

gnark-crypto has been updated to this version --> Consensys/gnark-crypto#695.

Needed for the linear prover. If it pollutes the code (only NewTrace is needed) we can put that in the linea prover directly
