Feature request: `jj` version check

I am tire-kicking `lazyjj` and didn't realize how old my `jj` was (0.19), and I got an `Failed to parse template: Keyword "bookmarks" doesn't exist` error.

It Would Be Nice(tm) if `lazyjj` did a minimum version check instead of breaking in "interesting" ways when `jj` is too old.
