Add example for debugging MIKE SHE models

Summary

Add an example showing how to use MIKE IO to post-process MIKE SHE result files for model debugging.

Goal

Create standalone Python scripts that compute summary statistics (min, mean, max, oscillation detection) from transient dfs2/dfs3 MIKE SHE output grids, covering OL, UZ, and SZ engine results.

This replaces a manual, time-consuming workflow in MIKE Zero.
