Retrofit 8 ADRs documenting key design choices, following the same format used in mikeio. Covers inherited decisions (pythonnet, pandas) with their mikeio origins, and post-split decisions (fluent API, derived quantities, geodataframe converters, NuGet build). ADRs 005-007 include TODOs for Ryan to add context.
