Docs: hide "edit this page" on api reference and "Jupyter format" on home

In the api reference part of the documentation, the user should not have an option to "edit this page" as it is not possible. That should be hidden. Similarly, it does not make sense to have "other formats: Jupyter" on the home page. That should be hidden too.
