Feature request: A way to get parity with docformatter `make-summary-multi-line`

I use docformatter's make-summary-multi-line and would like to switch to this project but not not at the expense of major changes (or less automation). Would it be possible to support an option which matches this?

@adamtheturtle Could you give an example of the expected output? I can't find an example of the effect of the option in the docformatter documentation.

Ah yeah, I don't think we support this at the time.

As the docformatter documentation shows this is actually against the PEP that we try to implement as well. Therefore, I'm not sure the tool will or should ever gain this ability to do this...

That's fair. For context, I support legacy codebases, partly deriving from epytext users (https://epydoc.sourceforge.net/manual-epytext.html).
