Handle colors of beacons with jumpy + shouldBeaconPreviousCursorOnClick setting

With the new jumpy suite, Jumpy should probably just default to blue for neutral. This will make jumpy-beacon's red match with back-jumpy jump points (with file only mode, which might become the default).
