Duplicate Firewall rules

As an admin, I want to duplicate existing Firewall rules, Destinations, and Aliases, so that I can create similar configurations faster without configuring them from scratch.

Acceptance Criteria

• Allow duplicating existing Firewall rules, Destinations, and Aliases from the list or details view.
• The duplicated object is created with the same configuration as the original object.
• The duplicated object receives a new unique identifier.
• The admin can edit the duplicated object before saving.
• Duplicating an object does not modify the original object.
