1.0.3 Energy and Humidity sensors

This pull request adds support for CAME energy sensors and improves the humidity sensor definition.

Main changes:

Registered energy sensors in init.py
Implemented power (W) and energy (kWh) sensors in sensor.py
Created device class for ETI/Domo energy sensors in came_energy_sensor.py
Energy sensor is fully compatible with the Home Assistant Energy dashboard
Added unit of measurement (%) for humidity sensors
Tested with a working ETI/Domo setup.

Questa pull request aggiunge il supporto ai sensori di energia del sistema ETI/Domo di CAME e migliora la definizione dei sensori di umidità.

Modifiche principali:

Registrazione della piattaforma sensor anche per i sensori di energia (init.py)
Aggiunta entità power (W) e energy (kWh) in sensor.py
Definizione e parsing dei dispositivi energia ETI/Domo in came_energy_sensor.py
Compatibilità completa con la plancia energia di Home Assistant
Correzione dell’unità di misura (%) per i sensori di umidità
Test effettuati su installazione reale ETI/Domo.
