Displays broken image link in my profile now, did something change?

Describe the bug
It used to show the lines typing themselves in my readme bio

To Reproduce
Create a README bio with the following:

  <a href="https://git.io/typing-svg"><img src="https://readme-typing-svg.demolab.com?font=Fira+Code&pause=1000&color=F5B700&repeat=false&random=false&width=435&lines=Art+is+what+you+can+get+away+with+😜"/></a>
</p>

Expected behavior
Up until now, it has typed the lines consistently, so I would expect the lines to type. Instead it now displays a broken image link icon.

It is possible GitHub timed out when fetching the image and cached a broken version.

The readme typing SVG URL itself seems to work just fine. Maybe try changing the URL slightly so GitHub will cache it again.

You are also free to download the SVG and rehost it if you'd like and not need to rely on our servers.

Ideally, if the cache failed due to a timeout, it would be best to optimize the rendering speed in the project, but the cause of the issue is not entirely clear.
