Multiple method signatures in the same file?

Is there a setting by which I can get all methods with the same name (but different signatures) in a single file? Pretty much like the official C# documentation for [int.ToString()](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.int32.tostring?view=net-7.0) for instance.
