Create a helm test for testing database functionality #10
Description
use this spike here from another repo of mine to test whether or not the databases that have been specified are created.
this will mean that the resources in the example.yaml file that are deployed in the "quick-dev" and "quick-deploy" task need to put in a helm chart for themselves. and then the tests for the created databases need to be put in that new helm chart
