This PR updates the README to reflect the latest CRD additions and improvements.
Key changes include:
ExternalDatabaseresource, which allows managing existing databases on external SQL Server instances without requiring management of the server resource itself.databaseRef, which simplifies the definition of logins, users, and schemas by allowing them to directly reference aDatabaseorExternalDatabaseresource.
