Jenkins is not publishing Mac ARM64 packages

The Jenkins job needs to be updated to build and publish mac (arm64) packages.
The builds should also be moved to use a mac arm64 instead of mac x86.

Now building macARM-based Ride-4.6 on macARM machine. Have checked both standalone Ride-4.6 and have built 20.0.51722: both report darwin-arm64 as the platform.
