Attempting to connect to a local Dyalog instance on Windows generates an empty warning msgbox with the Caption "AggregateError" #1328

Description

@dyaandys

Ensure no Dyalog instances running on the Windows box

Select "Connect to an interpreter" via TCP
Host: localhost
Port: 4502

Hit OK

MsgBox appears with Caption "AggregateError".

Attempting to connect to a non-existent Dyalog process on a remote server (eg Linux) generates the rather more informative "connect ECONNREFUSED ipaddr:port" in a MsgBox with the Caption "Error".
