Have tested on openSUSE 15.5.
Back-porting to Ride 4.5 should be sufficient .. users have the option of using 4.5 with older versions of Dyalog, so I don't think it necessary for now to backport to 4.4 or earlier. Might review this decision if enough users report using ZFPR with their installed 18.2s and earlier.

Update Linux dependencies & fix permission issue with chrome-sandbox
This fixes #1236 allowing Ride 4.6 to both install and to run on ubuntu 24.04 - The deb files have also been tested on ubuntu 18.04 / 20.04 / 22.04, and the RPM was tested on OpenSuse Leap 15.5 (AndyS)
We should also back-port this to Ride-4.5 (and a release pushed) as currently there's no released version that will work on ubuntu 24.04.
