Hi @forsyth2 would you please review and merge? So that this PR can be tested in the zppy new rc for e3sm_unified testing? Here is a e3sm_diags viewer with the new set: |

The new e3sm_diags release candidate has this new aerosol budget diagnostics set. And I added this to the default list in zppy.
