Enable CMIP5 metadata validation #71
Description
We should start enforcing CMIP5 metadata validation.
The latest version of the schemas is in the "validation" branch of the esgf-publisher-resources repository.
These shemas need to be installed in /esg/config/esgf-publisher-resources/schema so that the Publishing Services can use them at validation time.
