Easier configuration of group licenses #8
Description
Many data access groups require users to accept a license. Currently the process involves:
a) Encoding a licence as an XML file, and include it in the esg-orp distribution
b) Hard-coding the group name and license location in the registration.jsp file
A more dynamic solution is needed.
