iOS Pushnotification Enable User notification missing in the plugin

Hi,

We are currently using the below plugin details.

nativescript-urban-airship: "^5.0.2"
nativescript/android: "~8.3.1",
nativescript/ios: "8.3.1",

And we are currently Android push notifications is working fine and the iOS we are missing the enable User notification which is missing from the plugin
