The program currently uses WPF. This is suitable and functional, but may not look as good as some alternatives.

The framework is required to suit the following criteria:

• Fetch data locally and visualise for a single user
• WCAG-compliant, functional UI
• Use Windows APIs (like registry, file access)
• Single-exe or MSI installs
