[Feature] Create Unit Tests for FactionMonitor

Testing is currently conducted manually, which may lead to bugs being overlooked.

Describe the solution you'd like
Unit tests need to be created to test the code reliably, rather than relying on manual testing.
Recommendation is to use xUnit with Moq.
