Add table object to system

Tables are storage objects, associated to cloud db. A pipeline can read from and write to a table.

Pipelines, internally referenced as tables in the code, represent model nodes to execute in a given order.

Create the new object, rename the old object to pipelines and adjust all the various code that uses this stuff.
