Picks wrong contact after a previous call from the contact details

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Settings: "On contact click" = "View contact details"
2. Open Phone and select contacts tab.
3. Pick a contact and then call them.
4. End call and choose another contact.
5. The previous contact will reapear.

Expected behavior

The right contact should appear on select.

Actual behavior

The issue is after a call is ended and switching back from the Dialer to Phone application, on selecting another contact the Contacts application holds the previous contact window open and reuses it instead of close/exit.
