How to config Local Proxy for "get" method of this MCP?

I use this mcp in my office pc, but pc has proxy setting, I found i cannot get Figma data because of the global proxy setting (I must keep this proxy, because all web data should use it, otherwise I cannot visit web at all.

I tested in https://hoppscotch.io/ with my API_KEY and URL. If I configured Proxy, it works ok and I can get Figma data with this API url successfully.
