Add the value of the workflow_dispatch.choice parameter to the output message #43

Hello! I have a parameter workflow_dispatch.choice in my workflow config file in which I select a server for deploy. I would like to get the value of this parameter in the final output message, is it possible to somehow add some flag or something similar to this module? Thanks!
